Paralegal – Investment Funds & Corporate Services

About the role

Join the paralegal department of a leading independent business law firm in Luxembourg. You will support lawyers on a variety of investment fund and corporate matters, benefiting from a dedicated training centre and specialised software that streamlines routine tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit legal documentation for regulated and unregulated investment funds, including fund formation, manager changes, prospectus amendments, and liquidations.
• Assist senior paralegals and lawyers with day‑to‑day client requests and manage open files for prestigious domestic and multinational clients.
• Liaise with clients, notaries, external counsel and authorities such as the CSSF.
• Draft standard legal documents (board minutes, incorporation deeds, resolutions, agreements, CSSF letters) and maintain accurate logs.
• Track signatures, legalisations, apostilles and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Organise and attend board and general meetings, taking minutes and updating statutory registers.
• Potentially undertake a secondment at a client organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or an equivalent university qualification.
• At least two years of experience in a law firm, investment firm, corporate service provider or a strong interest in corporate/funds sectors.
• Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.
• Highly organised, rigorous and deadline‑driven.
• Proactive, eager to learn with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
