PAM / Cybersecurity Project Manager Consultant (French Speaker)

About the role

Taleo Consulting is seeking a bilingual French‑English professional to lead privileged access management (PAM) and broader cybersecurity projects for a banking client in Luxembourg. You will coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with security governance and audit recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and drive cybersecurity projects from planning through delivery, meeting timelines and objectives.
• Prioritise tasks for PAM technical experts and allocate resources throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor and coordinate action plans related to CyberArk, incorporating audit and risk recommendations.
• Collaborate with the bank’s IT teams to maintain consistency across cybersecurity initiatives.
• Serve as the central point of contact between cybersecurity stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management, ensuring clear communication.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management expertise with hands‑on experience in MS Project Online.
• Experience leading technical experts in a PAM or broader cybersecurity context.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and/or CyberArk is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance frameworks and ability to translate risk findings into actionable deliverables.
• Highly organised, rigorous, articulate with excellent written communication skills.
• Fluent in both French and English.
