Operations Officer

About the role

This position offers a great opportunity to join a human‑sized investment manager in an in‑house operations function. You will gain broad exposure across accounting operations, financial reporting and fund support while working closely with internal teams to keep day‑to‑day processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports using Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support accounting operations, reconciliations and reporting processes across the business.
• Assist with the production of management reporting and operational finance activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support data management across internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise day‑to‑day operational workflows.

Required profile

• Financial degree or equivalent academic background.
• 0–3 years of experience within the Luxembourg fund or financial sector.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel.
