Operations Finance Leader – Procurement & Order-to-Cash

About the role

Koch Global Financial Services is looking for an Operations Finance Leader to join its Luxembourg finance office. The role will lead a team that supports Order‑to‑Cash, IT Procurement, and Supplier Enablement functions, driving operational excellence and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a finance team, aligning each member’s strengths with business needs.
• Drive transformation and operational excellence across IT procurement, supplier enablement, and order‑to‑cash processes.
• Partner with credit managers, sales leaders and global service delivery to shape European collections strategy.
• Own escalation pathways for regional Supplier Enablement and IT Procurement teams.
• Collaborate with business partners and global capability leaders to implement process improvements and ensure financial controls.
• Maintain accountability for results and behaviours in line with Principle Based Management.
• Support career development of team members through regular feedback and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance, procurement or related accounting operations teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with a track record of delivering business results.
• Demonstrated capability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
• Effective priority management and ability to hold team members accountable.
• Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels.
