Office & Events Manager – Banking Sector

About the role

Join a leading international bank in Luxembourg as an Office & Events Manager. You will act as the central hub for senior management, ensuring seamless coordination of board activities, executive interactions, and the bank’s social calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex board schedules and executive meetings.
• Audit and improve cross‑departmental processes and digital tools.
• Implement reporting dashboards and organizational systems to boost operational agility.
• Lead a support unit, mentor junior staff and handle sensitive client interactions.
• Plan and execute the bank’s social calendar, including executive retreats and employee well‑being workshops.
• Oversee external partners and service providers, optimizing logistics and technical resources.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in office management, executive assistance or project coordination, preferably in finance or wealth management.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; French is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, capable of creating dashboards and senior‑level presentations.
• Proactive problem‑solver with discretion and the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
