About the role
Mangopay is seeking a Junior End‑user Onboarding Specialist for a temporary mission in Luxembourg. You will join the Support & Services team to process KYC documentation and assist clients during the onboarding journey.
Key responsibilities
- Process KYC documents to onboard client end‑users and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Provide email support for onboarding, technical troubleshooting and compliance queries.
- Maintain accurate records in required systems and monitor performance metrics such as SLA and response time.
- Prioritise workload, organise tasks and contribute to special projects as needed.
Required profile
- Good understanding of financial services regulations and KYC/AML processes.
- Independent, proactive, with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Spanish, Italian or Portuguese are a plus.
- Previous experience as a KYC/AML analyst is preferred.
