Office Coordinator

About the role

Fisher Investments Luxembourg is seeking an Office Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day office operations and support services. Reporting to Authorized Management, you will ensure the office runs smoothly, enabling the team to deliver high‑quality investment services to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with building management and vendors (cleaning, maintenance, utilities).
• Maintain order and cleanliness in common areas, including the kitchen.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and coordinate with logistics providers.
• Order and replenish office supplies, snacks, and kitchen items.
• Ensure safety equipment complies with standards.
• Welcome visitors, coordinate catering and meeting materials.
• Support new‑hire onboarding: arrange reception, access, and documentation.
• Communicate office‑related matters to employees and assist with employee‑engagement projects.
• Perform other ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
• Team‑player attitude in a fast‑growing environment.
• Motivated to learn and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; conversational French is a plus.
