Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

Realiz is a Luxembourg‑based fintech that structures securitisation funds and tokenises real‑world assets. We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing & Communications Manager to own the execution of all activities that put Realiz in front of investors, partners and issuers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage end‑to‑end participation in conferences and regional forums, including logistics, materials, follow‑up and lead capture.
• Own LinkedIn and other social channels, draft and schedule posts, grow the audience and ensure consistent, compliant messaging.
• Populate and maintain CRM, website and project pages with accurate, up‑to‑date content.
• Update website pages, project listings and simple content changes; coordinate larger updates with developers.
• Plan, write and send regular newsletters to investors, partners and prospects, tracking engagement metrics.
• Keep CRM data clean, manage a content calendar, handle marketing suppliers and perform basic admin tasks.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B, financial services, fintech or a startup/scale‑up.
• Fluent, business‑grade English (written and spoken).
• Hands‑on experience with a CRM/marketing‑automation platform (HubSpot preferred) and a website CMS.
• Proven ability to produce clear, professional content and manage LinkedIn.
• Highly organised, autonomous and comfortable working as a one‑person team.
• Eligible to work in Luxembourg or the EU.
