Senior Associate, Knowledge & Market Intelligence

About the role

EY Luxembourg's Knowledge and Market Intelligence team sits within the Accounts and Industries Business Development (AIBD) function. It connects sectors through insights and solutions to address business challenges, strengthen relationships and design impactful client engagements. As a Senior Associate, you will support EY in delivering actionable insights and driving business development, working closely with industry leaders and their teams on high-impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Knowledge: prepare reports, summaries and maintain dashboards regularly; manage data and update SharePoint; contribute to sector-specific knowledge; support and deliver internal training
• Marketing and communication: draft market insights, articles, brochures and one-pagers; support presentations and client materials; give ad-hoc support for events and strategic initiatives
• Market intelligence: analyse internal and external data to track client activity and spot new business opportunities; run market scans of media, publications and internal resources; perform data analysis in Excel and Power BI; support go-to-market strategies across service lines

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Law, Economics or a related field
• Knowledge of the European Fund Law
• Excellent English; French, Luxembourgish or German is a strong advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Data analytics tools such as Power BI
