Marketing Assistant Traineeship (Alternance)

About the role

Join Resultance as a Marketing Assistant Trainee and work side‑by‑side with the Marketing Director. You will gain hands‑on experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, lead generation and data analysis while supporting the growth of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including social media, online content and events.
• Create engaging internal and external communications such as blog articles, newsletters and presentation materials.
• Manage social media platforms: plan and post content, monitor engagement and provide performance analysis.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing tools that aid lead generation and conversion.
• Assist in building and maintaining customer databases for targeted campaigns.
• Provide operational support for event organization, logistics and on‑site assistance.

Required profile

• Master 1 or 2 student (end of studies) specializing in marketing, available for at least 6 months.
• Motivated, flexible, autonomous with rigor, humility, creativity and strong team spirit.
• Fluent in French (oral and written) and proficient in English; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Interest in event organization and willingness to support event logistics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong PowerPoint abilities.
