Manager Corporate Administration

About the role

Our client, a leading private equity firm expanding its Luxembourg hub, is seeking a Manager Corporate Administration. The role will oversee the administration of carry vehicles and related investment structures, ensuring smooth interaction with external fund administrators and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and administer carry and staff investment vehicles across all fund structures, coordinating board and shareholder meetings, bank account openings, capital increases, and share issuances/redemptions.
• Manage external service providers for company secretarial matters, maintaining SLAs, fee models, and KPIs.
• Coordinate the setup of new entities within the upstream fund structure and oversee investor onboarding for new carry vehicles.
• Address investor queries, process supplier invoices via bespoke online systems, and ensure timely execution of inter‑account transfers, drawdowns, and dividend payments.
• Maintain accurate investor and company records, statutory filings, and legal documentation.
• Handle AML requests and provide required documentation in collaboration with the fund administrator.
• Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives as part of a firm‑wide transformation project.

Required profile

• University degree in law, finance, business administration or a relevant fund/corporate administration qualification (e.g., ICSA certificate level or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar corporate or fund administration role.
