Logistics Coordinator – Full‑time

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage daily logistics operations, ensuring shipments are executed on time, cost‑effectively and with accurate documentation. You will act as the main liaison between the warehouse, suppliers and customers to guarantee smooth flow of goods across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate economical and timely shipments with warehouse and other internal teams.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Arrange direct shipments from suppliers to customers and verify all paperwork.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy before dispatch.
• Maintain direct contact with customers for shipping document approval.
• Audit freight bills, allocate charges correctly and authorize payments.
• Handle documentation for hazardous‑material shipments and stay current on international shipping regulations.
• Develop and support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connections with freight carriers.
• Design new logistics forms and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, traffic department or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Solid technical and mechanical aptitude with good interpersonal communication.

Required skills

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation and support.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations.
