Legal Advisor

About the role

You will join PwC Luxembourg’s internal legal team, working closely with colleagues across all lines of service and corporate functions. The role supports business decisions, mitigates risk, and ensures day‑to‑day operations are compliant with a broad range of legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice on employment, commercial, corporate, intellectual property and data‑protection matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with clients, partners and suppliers, aligning them with firm standards and risk appetite.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, legal clauses and internal policies to promote consistent ways of working.
• Support implementation and ongoing compliance with PwC network policies, including global contracting and co‑branding requirements.
• Anticipate legal risks by analysing business scenarios and proposing practical mitigation measures.
• Conduct legal research and deliver concise, solution‑oriented analyses to support business decisions.
• Share knowledge through legal updates and training sessions to strengthen legal awareness across the firm.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law from Luxembourg, Belgium or France.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in an in‑house legal role or law firm (preferred).
• Solid grounding in business law; expertise in employment law is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability to analyse information critically, collaborate across teams and act with integrity.
