Lease-Up Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking a Lease-Up Marketing Manager to lead digital and traditional marketing initiatives for multifamily lease‑up projects. Based in Luxembourg and working fully remote, you will partner with leasing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to accelerate occupancy and generate qualified leads from launch through stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies for lease‑up communities.
• Develop integrated campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and traditional channels.
• Manage Google Business Profiles and optimize local search visibility.
• Maintain WordPress property sites, landing pages, and online content.
• Syndicate apartment listings on rental platforms and ILS.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Build automated lead‑nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, vendors, and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing for multifamily lease‑up properties.
• Proven track record of increasing occupancy through digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Google Business Profiles, WordPress, and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel).
• Comfort with AI and automation tools that enhance marketing efficiency.
