Lead Enterprise Architect (F/M)

About the role

As Lead Enterprise Architect, you will define and steer the enterprise architecture strategy for a major Luxembourg-based organisation that operates critical infrastructure. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the IT landscape is coherent, scalable, secure and aligned with the organisation's long‑term vision.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, frameworks, principles and standards.
• Design and maintain reference architectures that support current and future business needs.
• Ensure coherence, scalability, security and sustainability of the overall IT landscape.
• Promote reuse of architecture patterns and optimise total cost of ownership.
• Establish standards and tools for documenting architecture artefacts and processes.
• Facilitate architectural decision‑making across projects and stakeholders.
• Review and approve solution architectures for compliance with standards and security requirements.
• Contribute to data, integration and technology governance.
• Conduct architecture reviews before and after implementation to identify gaps and remediation actions.
• Monitor technology and business trends to keep the architecture fit for purpose.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Architect, Enterprise Architect or similar design authority role.
• Proven experience defining enterprise‑wide architecture standards and governance.
• Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English and French.
