Knowledge and Data Management Analyst

About the role

Quento Technologies is looking for a motivated Knowledge and Data Management Analyst to lead annotation campaigns, develop extraction pipelines, and support legal and technical text analysis. You will work in a dynamic ICT environment that combines AI, cloud, and cybersecurity expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and report on annotation campaigns and assignments for annotators.
• Maintain annotation methodology, guidelines, codebooks, reference corpora and related software tools.
• Manage change‑management processes for codebooks and legal content annotation, including impact analysis.
• Coordinate the design, integration and delivery of legal‑obligation information extraction pipelines.
• Analyse large legal, institutional or technical corpora using NLP, corpus analysis and linguistic techniques.
• Model, document and improve IT workflows for data, metadata and asset processing.
• Support validation, testing and quality control of annotated datasets and conversion outputs.
• Gather business requirements and advise technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare technical, methodological, functional and user‑oriented documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, reporting and task follow‑up while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Information Science, Data Science, Knowledge Management, AI, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with terminology repositories, thesauri, taxonomies or ontologies.
• Experience in data and metadata modelling and knowledge representation.
