Junior Training Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Training Coordinator to join Global Jet Luxembourg’s training department. In this position you will support the planning and administration of training programmes for crew and company personnel, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external training centres worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of training coordinators and liaise with other departments to align training needs.
• Develop and continuously improve administrative processes within the training function.
• Schedule and organise training events for crew members and staff, managing resources and venue logistics.
• Coordinate training calendars with partner training centres across the globe.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant training regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
• Background in scheduling, resource management or similar administrative roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a high‑pressure environment.
• Self‑motivated, action‑oriented and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Strong computer proficiency.
