Junior Technician – Access Control & Systems Monitoring

About the role

The Junior Technician will support access control and system monitoring functions within the NATO Support and Procurement Agency. You will provide direct end‑user assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain a secure IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for IS, IFSS and ACS applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation, networking and security incidents.
• Provide guidance, training and documentation to end‑users.
• Monitor system performance and assist with routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with NATO security standards.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of related experience (or secondary education with 4 years experience).
• Formal training and experience in IS, IFSS and ACS fields.
• Fluency in English and working knowledge of French (or vice‑versa).
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multinational environment.
