Junior Tax Compliance Consultant – Global Compliance & Reporting

About the role

Join EY's Global Compliance & Reporting Services team as a Junior Tax Compliance Consultant. You will support a rapidly expanding practice, helping leading companies meet their tax filing obligations while gaining exposure to the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns.
• Track filing obligations and handle electronic filing of tax returns.
• Perform financial data analysis to support IT‑enabled reporting.
• Review tax assessments, advances and provide tailored advice to clients.
• Prepare and review year‑end tax provisions.
• Analyze tax accounts, perform reconciliations and resolve routine queries.
• Collaborate with International Tax, Transaction Services, Accounting and Indirect Tax teams.
• Work with clients in the financial industry, especially Alternative Investment Funds and multinational or mid‑market companies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Tax, Accounting or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in French and/or German.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset with a curiosity‑driven approach.
