Junior Real Estate Development Management Analyst

About the role

Join EY's Real Estate Advisory team to support real‑estate project management from inception to completion. You will assist in financial modelling, feasibility studies and investment analysis while ensuring projects meet deadlines and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support real‑estate project management, monitoring costs, timelines and performance.
• Prepare and review financial models, feasibility studies, budgeting and cost‑control reports.
• Produce presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, lawyers and other external service providers.
• Assist with regulatory compliance, risk management and contract administration.
• Support technical project tasks such as program management, design optimisation and negotiation of terms.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in real‑estate, construction or consulting.
• Specialised training or a Master’s in real‑estate investment and management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in French and English (German a plus).

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of financial modelling, asset valuation and investment analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and other real‑estate analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
