Junior Internal Communications Specialist (12-Month CDD)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Junior Internal Communications Specialist on a 12-month CDD, within its IFS Brand & Communications line of service. You will join the Internal Communications team and work closely with colleagues across the firm to keep employees informed, engaged and connected to what matters most. You will partner with business and corporate functions to turn priorities into clear, consistent and impactful communications across many internal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to internal communication plans supporting business priorities, employee initiatives and firm-wide campaigns.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and recommend effective messages, channels and timing for each audience.
• Create and adapt content for newsletters, intranet pages, emails, presentations, digital screens and internal social platforms.
• Coordinate the publication and distribution of communications, ensuring consistency, quality and accuracy.
• Support internal events and campaigns from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Gather feedback and measure engagement through surveys and other activities to inform future improvements.
• Collaborate across teams on communication projects that strengthen employee awareness and participation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Approximately three years of professional experience in communications, ideally in a corporate, consulting or professional services environment.
• Professional working proficiency in French and English.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of content management and communication platforms; experience with SharePoint, newsletters or digital signage.
• Proficiency in writing, editing and proofreading content for different audiences and channels.
• Additional value: experience with Viva Engage or similar employee social platforms, and with internal events, engagement campaigns or communication surveys.
