Junior Compliance Officer – Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Compliance Officer to join the Compliance function of Mediobanca Management Company S.A. in Luxembourg. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting the implementation and maintenance of the company’s compliance framework for UCITS fund management, working closely with the senior Compliance Officer and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Money‑Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in anti‑money‑laundering matters.
• Participate in due‑diligence activities and oversee delegates, including AML monitoring.
• Execute controls defined in the Compliance Monitoring Plan in line with the risk assessment.
• Contribute to the review and update of ManCo policies and procedures, focusing on compliance and AML.
• Support internal and external audit requests and coordinate with the Parent Company.

Required profile

• Fluent English; French and/or Italian are a plus.
• Basic understanding of Luxembourg investment‑fund regulations (UCITS, CSSF, SFDR, ESMA, DORA).
• Analytical mindset, curiosity and problem‑solving attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
