Junior Banker Lead

About the role

The Junior Banker Lead supports Private Bankers in delivering high‑quality client service and sales execution. Working closely with clients, Private Banking teams and product specialists, the role ensures regulatory compliance while helping to meet client financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in partnership with Private Bankers, handling sales, reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Private Banking teams, CSOs and product specialists to address client financial needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Support joint client calls, transaction implementation and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory policies of Citi Private Bank.
• Assist with client onboarding, account opening and mandatory documentation.
• Maintain accurate client information, call reports and pipeline data.
• Conduct KYC/IOS reviews, resolve document deficiencies and manage cash‑management queries.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and stay updated on business policy changes.

Required profile

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of banking products.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy and influencing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality client experiences.
