Junior Accountant – Luxembourg

About the role

We are a small financial services firm seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support our Luxembourg entities. You will work closely with senior staff to ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting for Luxembourg‑based entities.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic management reports.
• Liaise with clients, auditors and other stakeholders.
• Support the organization of statutory meetings.
• Help prepare tax and VAT returns.
• Contribute to internal projects and occasional administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Audit or Finance.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Luxembourg.
• Very good command of English; French or German is a plus.
• Proficiency in the BOB50 accounting system.
• Strong team spirit, good organizational abilities and solid interpersonal skills.
