IT Support Technician Internship (6 months, 2 positions)

About the role

Join a vibrant international school as an IT Support Technician Intern and gain practical experience supporting a diverse community of staff and students. This full‑time, 6‑month internship offers hands‑on exposure to modern classroom and workplace technologies in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Support teachers, administrators, and students with day‑to‑day IT needs.
• Document incidents and contribute to knowledge‑base resources.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and test new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field completed within the last 12 months (Sept 2025 – Aug 2026).
• Strong interest in IT support and problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French or German a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in an international, multilingual setting.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of macOS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite.
