IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Tech Roles

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our internal Recruitment Department in Luxembourg. You will play a key part in attracting top technology talent for both internal positions and client assignments, working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and advise on market availability.
• Source candidates across technologies such as Java.NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and Cybersecurity using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent databases, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
• Negotiate offers, support onboarding, and build talent pools for strategic roles.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and project managers to anticipate staffing needs and improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience recruiting IT profiles (permanent and contractual).
• Strong knowledge of the IT job market in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, and Germany.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and prioritisation skills.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
