IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will own LUXUAV's corporate and laboratory IT and information‑security operations end‑to‑end. This is a hands‑on position that combines day‑to‑day support with the design and implementation of secure infrastructure for a defence‑grade UAV company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide user support, onboarding/off‑boarding, hardware and software management, and maintain the productivity stack.
• Install, configure and maintain on‑premise servers, storage, virtualization, backups and secure remote management.
• Design, build and operate segmented corporate and lab networks, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, VPN or zero‑trust remote access.
• Lead migration to and administration of the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune).
• Administer source‑code and DevOps platforms (GitHub Enterprise or Azure DevOps) with access control, pipeline security and SSO integration.
• Manage business applications such as Odoo CRM/ERP, handling user access, configuration and vendor relations.
• Operate identity and access management (SSO, MFA, joiner‑mover‑leaver workflows) and drive security policies toward ISO/IEC 27001 compliance.
• Run vulnerability and patch management, lead incident response and support GDPR, NIS2 and customer security requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 9+ years of hands‑on IT and/or information‑security experience, preferably as a generalist.
• Proven ability to design, implement and scale secure IT environments in a fast‑growing tech company.
