Investment Funds Lawyer – Luxembourg

About the role

BSP, a leading independent law firm in Luxembourg, is expanding its Investment Funds team. The firm seeks a qualified Investment Funds Lawyer to provide high‑quality advisory and transactional services to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on the establishment of funds under Luxembourg regulatory and corporate frameworks.
• Draft fund documentation and liaise with the local regulator.
• Handle day‑to‑day legal, operational and administrative issues for funds.
• Counsel investment managers, fund promoters and board members on regulatory matters.
• Assist with AIFM and UCITS Management Company authorisations and PSF licences.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted to List I, II or List IV as a foreign lawyer.
• Relevant academic background for investment‑funds practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund law.
• Strong drafting abilities for alternative investment‑fund documentation.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
• Organised, results‑oriented, reliable and a team player.
