About the role
RTL, Europe's leading entertainment brand, is offering a full-time internship in its Information Security Services (ISS) team, which operates the Global SOC and provides centralized cybersecurity services across the RTL Group. The internship is based in Luxembourg and involves working alongside specialists in security monitoring, detection engineering, incident response, vulnerability management and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with detection engineering, including rule development, testing, tuning and validation.
- Support vulnerability management, remediation tracking and security assessment activities.
- Contribute to SOC automation, dashboards, scripts, reporting and operational documentation.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or postgraduate program in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- Curious and analytical, with hands-on exposure through projects, labs, scripting, CTFs or certifications.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, cloud and cybersecurity fundamentals.
