Internship Corporate & Domiciliation Officer (6 months)

About the role
This 6‑month internship offers a hands‑on experience in corporate and domiciliation functions within the investment fund sector. You will support the team in managing legal documentation, coordinating with service providers, and contributing to a bespoke business‑tool project.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate relationships with service providers and internal teams to meet cooperation needs.
- Maintain and archive legal documents ensuring compliance and accessibility.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding legal documentation requests.
- Support internal audit activities and coordinate with external auditors of funds and companies.
- Participate in the development of a tailor‑made tool that addresses specific business requirements.
Required profile
- Motivated self‑starter with a strong interest in investment fund business and regulations.
- Dedicated and detail‑oriented trainee capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Effective communicator able to work with both internal teams and external partners.
