International & Transaction Tax Manager – French or German Speaking

About the role

EY Luxembourg is seeking an International & Transaction Tax Manager to join its Tax ITTS Financial Services team. You will work with banking and insurance clients, providing tax advice on cross‑border transactions, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver international tax advice to banking and insurance clients.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, due‑diligence, transfer pricing and tax modelling projects.
• Provide strategic transaction advice, fund structuring and post‑completion tax services.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience in International Taxation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in Luxembourg, with knowledge of local corporate banking regulations.
• Fluent English; French or German speaking preferred.
• Strong commercial, analytical and organizational abilities.
