About the role
Join a leading global cosmetics group as an International Business Developer. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will drive growth across strategic markets, working from our Livange headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in assigned regions.
- Expand existing client accounts through diversified product offers.
- Prospect and develop strategic leads, building a 360° commercial approach that includes product development, packaging solutions, pricing, and market expectations.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, and operational teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Participate in defining market‑specific development strategies and ensure ongoing strategic follow‑up of key accounts.
Required profile
- Proven experience in international business development, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty sector.
- Strong results‑oriented and strategic mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly in the assigned market/region.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment.
