Intermediate Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an intermediate‑level Project Manager to support the Value Chain by aligning initiatives with the strategic vision and proactively managing risks and issues. The role combines coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain decision and action logs, keep the stakeholder list up to date, and publish updates on Teams, Smartsite and the intranet.
• Support capacity and budget planning together with budget officers and the DTO PMO, and monitor budget utilisation.
• Manage demand by adding and updating initiatives, maintaining the project catalogue and roadmap, and tracking progress.
• Prepare management reporting, review the backlog, and suggest improvements to processes and tools.
• Train new members on processes and tools, and support workshops and DTO facilitation activities.

Required profile

• Intermediate experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with core members and other PMOs.
• Experience in business requirement modelling, writing user stories, and preparing/testing cases.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UML (Unified Modeling Language).
• Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
