Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

BTO Research is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure initiatives and drive the continuous modernization of its client’s IT landscape. The role involves coordinating complex projects, ensuring delivery excellence, and collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure projects, managing scope, budget, risks and timelines.
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and governance.
• Support infrastructure modernization and technology renewal initiatives across networking, servers, workplace technologies, cloud and core infrastructure.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and increase delivery maturity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
• Experience with infrastructure transformation or modernization projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in a regulated or international environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Networking knowledge (e.g., Cisco).
• Windows and Linux infrastructure expertise.
• Cloud environment familiarity.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or ITIL.
