IAM Cybersecurity Engineer (Identity & Access Management)

About the role

As an IAM Cybersecurity Engineer you will safeguard user identities and access across enterprise systems. You will work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure and application teams to deliver secure, compliant identity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
• Support user lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver).
• Configure authentication, authorization and access‑control mechanisms.
• Participate in role management and access‑governance initiatives.
• Contribute to cybersecurity and compliance projects.
• Monitor IAM environments and assist in incident resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve security posture.
• Maintain documentation and enforce security best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in IAM or broader cybersecurity environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, authentication/authorization protocols, access governance, AD/LDAP and risk management.
• Experience working in enterprise IT settings.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and strong English proficiency.
