Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

As a Human Resources Business Partner you will be embedded in the HR department and act as the primary liaison between HR Centres of Excellence and business leaders. You will ensure that HR strategies align with business needs, focusing on recruitment, performance management, rewards, change management, workforce planning and day‑to‑day support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from need definition to onboarding and integration.
• Execute organizational changes such as transfers, restructurings, promotions and terminations.
• Conduct performance reviews, retention activities and align compensation with development opportunities.
• Drive talent management initiatives, succession planning and training program design.
• Support conflict resolution and employee‑relations matters, communicating promptly with stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Monitor compensation trends and ensure alignment with performance metrics.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an engineering or industrial environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with a solid work ethic and analytical attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, German and French; Luxembourgish is a plus.
