About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) seeks a qualified Human Resources Advisor, with the possibility to progress to a Senior Human Resources Advisor. The role focuses on providing legal guidance for HR matters, handling disciplinary cases, and resolving personnel conflicts within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice to senior staff on HR‑related issues.
• Manage disciplinary procedures and personnel conflict resolution.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes in an international context.
• Maintain and update legal databases relevant to HR policies.
• Support the implementation of NATO HR regulations and procedures.

Required profile

• University degree in law.
• Recent, progressively responsible experience in public international institutions, especially in HR, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
• Proven ability to advise senior personnel on legal matters.
• Fluency in English (essential) and proficient knowledge of French (mandatory).
