Organisational Design Officer

About the role

The Organisational Design Officer will support the NATO Support and Procurement Agency in shaping its workforce structure, improving processes and ensuring alignment with NATO’s strategic objectives. The role combines expertise in workforce planning, job classification and organisational development within a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce plans, job families and functional area structures.
• Conduct job classification and organisational design projects to improve efficiency.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and apply statistical analysis techniques.
• Provide guidance on organisation principles and project planning techniques.
• Utilise SAP Human Resources modules to support HR data management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with NATO language requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience (minimum 6 years progressive expertise).
• At least 5 years of experience in workforce planning, job classification, organisational development or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of organisation principles, project planning and statistical analysis.
• Fluency in English and working knowledge of French.
