About the role
As Head of Sales Ops & Enablement at bunch, you will be the operational backbone of the commercial team, turning an early‑stage sales approach into a scalable, repeatable engine. You will own the processes, data infrastructure, and people capability that make the commercial strategy land.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run the revenue engine: pipeline cadence, forecast methodology, and CRM discipline.
- Build and own sales onboarding, including structured ramp plans, enablement content, and coaching frameworks.
- Develop the sales team through regular coaching, performance gap identification, and a high‑bar culture.
- Document and standardise the sales playbook to make best practices teachable and repeatable.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to eliminate revenue leakage.
Required profile
- Operational leader with a high bar for excellence.
- Data‑driven decision maker who builds tracking before optimisation.
- Builder mentality with experience designing sales processes from scratch.
- People leader comfortable managing salespeople and having hard conversations.
- Scale experience: 2+ years consulting and/or 3+ years in a high‑performance B2B SaaS sales organisation.
- Bonus: fintech, financial services, or private‑markets experience.
