Head of Product Management – Banking

About the role

As Head of Product Management you will shape the vision and strategy for Banque Internationale à Luxembourg’s full suite of banking products across Digital Banking, Wealth Management, and Corporate & Institutional Banking. You will translate strategic goals into customer‑centric outcomes and lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑moving, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the end‑to‑end product strategy for all banking services, creating roadmaps, epics and value‑driven outcomes.
• Drive innovation through AI, automation and emerging technologies, focusing on anti‑fraud, pricing and operational efficiency.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing cross‑functional product team, fostering an agile, experimentation‑driven culture.
• Ensure efficient product discovery and delivery using Agile and product‑led methodologies while balancing speed, quality and regulatory constraints.
• Own critical customer journeys (onboarding, KYC/KYT, document flows, digital channels) and continuously improve them based on user insights.
• Define, monitor and act on KPIs related to adoption, engagement, conversion and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior product leadership experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong track record of translating business priorities into successful product roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of regulatory environments and risk management in banking.
• Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic setting.
