Head of Partner Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Partner Experience to lead the end‑to‑end strategy for supply‑side participants across our global digital ecosystem. This senior product leadership position will shape how partners interact with our platform, ensuring a seamless, data‑driven, and performance‑oriented experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for partner and supply‑side experience across the platform.
• Build and optimise partner‑facing tools such as dashboards, performance systems, rating mechanisms, incentive models and quality frameworks.
• Improve partner onboarding, engagement and retention through scalable product and operational solutions.
• Design and implement systems for performance measurement, rankings, reputation and quality control.
• Drive adoption of internal tools by aligning product capabilities with operational workflows.
• Identify growth opportunities on the supply side and translate them into product roadmap initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Leverage data and AI‑driven capabilities to enhance partner experience and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong experience in product or platform leadership, preferably within marketplace or ecosystem‑driven businesses.
• Deep understanding of supply‑side dynamics and proven ability to build scalable systems that improve partner performance.
• Track record of managing partner, seller or provider experiences at scale.
• Experience designing performance systems, ranking models and incentive structures.
