Head of Data & Corporate Solutions Department (Luxembourg)

About the role

The European Investment Bank is seeking a senior leader to head its Data & Corporate Solutions Department at the Luxembourg headquarters. This role combines strategic vision, enterprise leadership and deep data expertise to drive the Group’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Data & Corporate Solutions Department, defining strategic direction for data, analytics, information management and corporate solutions across the EIB Group.
• Drive enterprise‑wide data transformation, positioning data as a strategic asset and supporting digitalisation objectives.
• Oversee the Data Management, Record & Information Resources, and Corporate Applications divisions, ensuring effective governance, quality, and delivery of ERP and collaborative solutions.
• Manage complex transformation programmes, coordinate with the Director General GIS and senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with EU institutional requirements.
• Develop and maintain data platforms, ERP strategies, workflow digitisation and process optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data management, enterprise information systems or corporate solutions within a large, multi‑national organisation.
• Strong track record of delivering digital transformation programmes and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder influence and change‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Luxembourg and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
