Head of Compliance & RC (Responsable du Contrôle)

About the role

Allocator One Group is looking for a Head of Compliance & RC to lead the AML/KYC function for its emerging venture capital partners. Based in Luxembourg, you will act as the Responsable du Contrôle (RC) before the CSSF, designing a fast‑moving yet rigorous compliance architecture that supports a 12‑week venture launch program.

Key responsibilities

• Assume ultimate responsibility for AML/CFT compliance as the named RC for the AIFM and hosted funds.
• Monitor transfer agency and central administration to prevent onboarding of bad actors while maintaining speed.
• Design compliance logic and workflows; oversee systems and delegates that execute manual checks.
• Collaborate with the tech team to streamline KYC/KYB processes and turn compliance into a competitive advantage.
• Track Luxembourg regulatory updates (circulars, AML laws) and translate them into code and policy.
• Prepare and manage the annual Summary Report RC and maintain the relationship with the FIU.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Luxembourg compliance, specifically AML/KYC for investment funds and fund administration.
• Meets CSSF criteria to act as Responsable du Contrôle (RC).
• Fluent English; French or German is a strong plus.
• Based in Luxembourg and able to work on‑site.
