Head of Compliance – Financial Services

About the role

Vivid, a fast‑growing digital financial services provider, is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to lead its Luxembourg regulated entity and support other European entities. You will be responsible for shaping a state‑of‑the‑art compliance framework focused on payment risks and AML requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance policies, strategies and governance at both entity and group level.
• Assist the Board and senior management in fostering a culture of informed risk‑taking through training and communication.
• Run a comprehensive compliance monitoring programme covering all relevant risks.
• Oversee outsourced critical functions from a second‑line‑of‑defence perspective.
• Interact with regulators as needed and stay up‑to‑date with EU regulatory developments.
• Report jointly to the Chief Risk Officer and the Group Head of Risk and Compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of compliance experience, preferably in SME and retail payments.
• Strong background in AML and familiarity with the CSSF regulatory framework.
• Proven leadership skills in complex financial operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.
• Willingness to be based in Luxembourg or relocate.
