Group Transfer Pricing Adviser – Finance Team

About the role

We are seeking a Group Transfer Pricing Adviser to join our Finance team at our Global Headquarters in Luxembourg. The role is pivotal in coordinating transfer pricing activities across the Group, driving automation, and supporting the implementation of robust transfer pricing policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Group transfer pricing policies and methodologies in line with business activities and tax regulations.
• Set transfer prices for intercompany transactions involving goods, services, IP, and financing.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the Group’s transfer pricing strategy.
• Support day‑to‑day transfer pricing management across finance and non‑finance teams.
• Participate in cross‑border projects, tax authority interactions, APAs, integration of newly acquired entities, and customs‑related topics.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Tax, Legal, Procurement, Sales and other functions to develop digital tools and processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• 8‑10 years of transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment or tax advisory.
• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS initiatives, local TP regulations and IFRS/GAAP.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
