Global Asset Recovery Manager – Reverse Logistics

About the role

Vodafone is transforming its global logistics operations with a focus on digitisation, centralisation and sustainability. The Global Asset Recovery Manager will lead end‑to‑end asset lifecycle management, ensuring environmental value, regulatory compliance and minimising cash leakage through standardised recycling processes and transparent reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement standardised recycling processes, compliance frameworks and reporting models.
• Support the global logistics transformation programme and the centralised recycling governance model.
• Create transparency in material flows and drive efficiency across all recycling streams.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Tax teams across multiple markets.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and Vodafone sustainability standards.
• Build and manage a global supplier network for recycling and material recovery.
• Lead governance, compliance activities and commercial tasks such as tenderisation and SLA management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for value recovery and recycling performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in reverse logistics, asset lifecycle management or related sustainability functions.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and circular‑economy principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple markets and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing supplier networks, tenders and service level agreements.
• Ability to develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools.
