General Manager – Fine Dining & Nightlife Venue

About the role

Concept&Partners is seeking a General Manager to lead HITCH, its flagship venue that blends premium dining with vibrant nightlife in Luxembourg. You will be accountable for the venue’s overall operational and financial performance, ensuring a high‑energy, high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across service, purchasing, staffing, cost control and supplier management.
• Lead, structure and develop a large, multicultural team, fostering engagement and high standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators, manage budgets, control costs and drive profitability (GOP).
• Ensure consistent, high‑level guest experience from lunch through late‑night service.
• Coordinate and supervise key events, guaranteeing flawless execution and premium positioning.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, HR and finance teams to align operations with group strategy.
• Contribute to venue visibility and positioning, including social‑media direction with the marketing team.
• Maintain full compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a similar leadership role within a high‑volume, fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong operational expertise combined with solid financial understanding.
• Proven ability to lead and structure large teams.
• Hands‑on, structured, solution‑oriented leadership style.
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, German or Luxembourgish) are a plus.
• High sense of ownership and accountability.
