Fund Structuring & Corporate Finance Analyst (Luxembourg)

About the role

Join a boutique advisory firm at the heart of Luxembourg's private‑equity market and move from audit to the deal side. You will work on structuring investment vehicles, supporting acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions, and gaining exposure to high‑value private‑equity deals.

Key responsibilities

• Structure Luxembourg investment vehicles and alternative investment funds.
• Analyse fund, holding and acquisition structures from legal, tax and accounting perspectives.
• Execute transactions including acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and reorganisations.
• Coordinate with law firms, tax advisors, auditors, fund administrators and banks.
• Contribute to M&A advisory and financial‑engineering assignments.
• Prepare board documentation and investor‑reporting materials.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Tax.
• 3+ years of experience in Luxembourg in accounting, audit (Big 4) or corporate finance.
• Strong accounting background; knowledge of corporate taxation and international structures is a plus.
• Rigorous, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Advanced Excel.
