Fund Senior Manager (Accounting) – Flexible, Human‑Sized Team

About the role

We are partnering with an established fiduciary firm in Luxembourg that provides administration and servicing for international investment structures. The Fund Senior Manager (Accounting) will lead client relationships, oversee complex fund accounting operations, and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced fund accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, NAV calculations, and client deliverables.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, service providers, and internal stakeholders, building long‑lasting relationships.
• Maintain robust corporate governance by supervising approval processes, delegated authorities, and internal controls.
• Drive operational efficiency through KPI monitoring, service‑level management, and continuous process improvement across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing fund accounting operations in Luxembourg, preferably within a fiduciary, PFS, asset manager, or fund services environment.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
• Strong understanding of NAV oversight, financial reporting, capital activity, billing, and KPI/SLD management for alternative investment structures.
• Comfortable working within Luxembourg’s regulatory and AML framework and coordinating with Risk, Compliance, and Legal functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) with proven leadership and operational management skills.
