Fund Senior Manager (Accounting) – Flexible, Human‑Sized Team

About the role

We are seeking a Fund Senior Manager (Accounting) to join a growing fiduciary firm in Luxembourg. The role combines high‑level client relationship management, oversight of complex international fund structures, and active participation in strategic initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to sophisticated clients while helping to shape the future of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced fund accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, NAV calculations, and client deliverables.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, service providers, and internal stakeholders, building long‑lasting relationships.
• Maintain robust corporate governance by supervising approval processes, delegated authorities, and internal controls.
• Drive operational efficiency through KPI monitoring, service‑level management, and process improvements across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing fund accounting operations in Luxembourg, preferably within a fiduciary, PFS, asset manager, or fund services environment.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
• Strong understanding of NAV oversight, financial reporting, capital activity, billing, and KPI/SLD management for alternative investment structures.
• Comfortable working within Luxembourg’s regulatory and AML framework and coordinating with Risk, Compliance, and Legal functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) with proven leadership and operational management skills.
